Create Folder extract at c drive e.g. c:\extract
cd cd:\extract
extract apex_4.2.6_en.zip to c:\extract\apex
cd c:/extract/apex
sqlplus /nolog
conn / as sysdba
@apexins.sql sysaux sysaux temp /i/
Step-4
cd c:/extract/apex
sqlplus /nolog
conn / as sysdba
@apxldimg c:/extract
Step-5
cd c:/extract/apex
sqlplus /nolog
conn / as sysdba
@apxconf
Step-6
localhost:8080/apex/apex_admin
> change the password from Noor_123 to Maan_123
Completed.
